my room was a superior queen room. it was very clean and modern. the air con worked really well and keeped me cool at night. breakfast includes homemade items that changed daily, it was quite tasty.
i did wish for a powerpoint next to the bed, its a minor gripe though.

The staff were always ready to help. The hotel's central location provided easy access to nearby attractions. A cold water fountain was available at no cost, which I found quite refreshing. I also appreciated the free croissants.
I did notice that the shower door required some effort to close properly.

I found the hotel to be located in a very central location. It made accessing shops, restaurants and spots easy. The staff were helpful. They sell Tram passes at the front desk. I did not hear much external noise.
The hotel only had one elevator which meant sometimes I needed to wait.

mixed feelings about my stay
slow servicestreet noise
I was quite disappointed with the room service. it took over an hour for my order to arrive one evening. the food was cold when it finally got to me. also, the noise level from the street was noticeable at night. Thin windows did little to block it.
